There are a few things to take into consideration when requesting a password reset:
- If the link was sent more than 6 hours ago, it's no longer valid for security reasons. Click on "Forgot your password?" again to get a new link.
- Ensure that you are expecting the email at the correct address.
- Check your junk or spam folder if you still haven't received the email in your inbox.
- If you have not yet accepted your MyGlue invitation, your account will be in a pending status. In this case, you will need to click the link in the invitation email to complete your account setup.
For security reasons, your IT service provider cannot reset passwords.
